We provide Mat Pilates and strength classes, personal training, Reiki wellbeing sessions and online coaching. Group classes take place at HGPT Studio, 17 Station Parade, Harrogate, HG1 1UF, unless we tell you otherwise. Our services support general fitness and wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

• Each class pass gives you a number of class credits. One credit books one place in one class.
• Credits are valid for 90 days (3 months) from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire after that date and cannot be refunded or extended, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• The 1 Class, 4-Class, 6-Class and 8-Class passes can be used for Mat Pilates and Renew Flow+ classes, subject to availability. Renew Strong 45 is booked with its own single-class pass, and the single-class Renew Flow+ pass can only be used for Renew Flow+.
• Passes are personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person.
• The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

• The free trial includes one class and is limited to one free trial per person every 3 months. Bookings are checked using your email address and phone number.
• It must be used within 30 days and is subject to availability and a completed PAR-Q.

• Black Friday packages are sold from 23 to 30 November 2026 while stock lasts. Each package has a limited number of places.
• All Black Friday packages are valid from 5 January 2027 until 5 April 2027. Unused credits or sessions expire after that date.
• Reformer Pilates classes are 45 minutes with a maximum of 3 participants. If Reformer Pilates is not available for you to start using your package, you can choose a full refund.
• The Black Friday Mat Pilates package can be used for Mat Pilates classes. Personal Training sessions are arranged by appointment, subject to availability. Online coaching is delivered through the My PT Hub app and is set up by Vania before your start date.
• Black Friday prices cannot be combined with other offers. Your right to cancel within 14 days (section 7) applies.

• Each group class has a limited number of places. A booking request is confirmed once we have checked availability, your payment or credits and your PAR-Q. You will receive a confirmation by email.
• Everyone must complete our PAR-Q health questionnaire before their first class. If any answer needs a closer look, we may contact you, ask you to seek advice from your GP or another health professional, or adapt or decline your participation for your safety. If we cannot accept your booking for this reason, any credit used will be returned.
• Please tell us before class about any change to your health, injury, pregnancy or medication.

• To cancel a booked class, contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• If you cancel at least 24 hours before the class starts, your credit is returned to your pass.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the class, or do not attend, the credit is used and is not returned.
• When a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a place becomes available, we will offer it by email and you will have 2 hours to accept before it is offered to the next person.

If you buy a class pass online, you can cancel it within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, as long as you have not used any credits. If you have already used credits within those 14 days, we will refund the pass price less the standard single-class price for each credit used. To cancel, email info@bodyrenewfitnesswellbeing.com. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days.

Occasionally we may need to change the time, instructor or location of a class, or cancel it. If we cancel a class you have booked, your credit will be returned to your pass. If the change does not suit you, you can ask for the credit to be returned instead.

Personal training, Reiki and online coaching are arranged directly with Vania. Prices, session length and any programme duration will be confirmed before you commit. One-to-one sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled; sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged in full.

Please follow the instructor’s guidance, work at a level that feels right for you and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that result from you not following reasonable instructions.

We ask everyone to treat Vania and other clients with respect. We may refuse or end a booking where behaviour is abusive or unsafe.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and programme materials, belongs to Body Renewal Fitness & Wellbeing Limited or is used with permission. Online coaching materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared or resold.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you buy or book is the one that applies to that purchase or booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
